10 Day Meditation Challenge

Let’s defeat the winter blues together and meditate ourselves into spring!  For 10 days in a row (or close enough), take five minutes out of your schedule to meditate.  Each day, we’ll post ideas for different meditation methods, but it doesn’t have to be complicated.

To start, just get comfortable in a quite space and focus on your breath.  Set a five minute timer for yourself and just be an observant of your thoughts.  It’s really that easy.  As the 10 days progress, notice what changes occur.
