Designed to prepare women for birth and post-natal recovery, our prenatal classes are safely modified and emphasize breath, gentle stretching, and movement. Studies have suggested prenatal yoga can (Mayo Clinic):

  • Improve sleep and reduce stress/anxiety
  • Feel more in touch with your body
  • Increase the strength, flexibility and endurance of muscles needed for childbirth
  • Decrease lower back pain, nausea, carpal tunnel syndrome, headaches, and shortness of breath
  • Decrease the risk of preterm labor, pregnancy-induced hypertension and intrauterine growth restriction

Since our classes run weekly, you do not not need to pre-register for a class. You can purchase a drop-in, 5 class prenatal package, or a 10 class regular class package. Please note, new student discounts do not apply for prenatal. In addition to the the prenatal class on Sunday, you are able to attend:

  • Mindful Flow, Wednesday at 10am
  • Restorative Yoga, Thursday at 10am
  • Moderate Yoga, Thursday at 6pm
  • Please speak with your healthcare provider before starting a practice.
