You do not need to pre-register for class. Please just arrive 10 minutes early. Some things to note:

  • Classes marked with a “B” = OK for Complete Beginners!
  • Classes marked with a “M” = Free for all active/inactive members of the Military with a valid Military/Veteran ID.
  • Wear comfortable athletic clothing. Mat rental is complimentary.
  • Purchase classes online or at the studio.
