Moderate Yoga: Focuses on traditional yoga poses that make up a well-rounded yoga practice. Emphasis is placed on safe and effective alignment during poses and during transition between poses.  Appropriate for beginners as well as seasoned yogis.

Yoga Fusion: A mix of traditional yoga poses incorporated with another form of fitness, such as resistance training (resistance bands, ankle weights and more).

Private Yoga Classes (by appt): Get individual attention to help you build your personal practice with more in-depth instruction, or participate in a structured work-out tailored to your personal needs.

Mindful Flow Yoga: In Mindful Flow Yoga, you will learn how alignment, attention to detail and “mindfulness” cultivate greater depth in your flow practice. Every class ends with a short meditation, and long savasana. Once each month, during full moon, class will be more “Restorative” and feature pranayama.

Vinyasa Yoga: Vinyasa flow is a challenging and invigorating practice which develops strength and flexibility. Linking the movement from pose to pose with the breath, each class is a carefully designed sequence of yoga poses which calm the mind and focus awareness on the body.

Beginner’s Flow: A shorter vinyasa flow class designed for beginners and intermediate students. Learn the basics of vinyasa.

Prenatal: Designed to prepare women for birth and post-natal recovery, our prenatal classes are safely modified and emphasize breath, gentle stretching, and movement. Click to learn more...

Power Flow: Michele’s classes are inspired by a blend of yoga traditions. The practice flows through continuous sequences of Sun Salutations and postures that link breath and movement. Vinyasa-style yoga deepens breathing, increases stamina, challenges balance, and improves flexibility. Come join us if you want to work up a healthy sweat!

Gentle Yoga: Slower-pace, gentle sequence designed to rejuvenate and recharge the body.

Yin Yoga: A more meditative approach to yoga with a physical focus. Students try to access the deeper tissues of their body, such as the connective tissue and fascia and many of the postures focus on areas that encompass a joint (hips, sacrum, spine). Yin yoga is a great way to maintain flexibility, cope with injuries, and other physical and mental concerns.

Kids Yoga: Fun and stimulating classes which explore yoga poses appropriate for the age of each child.
