About Our Studio

Located across from the Libertyville Prairie Crossing Metra stop, Prairie Sunshine Yoga & Wellness Studio offers a variety of accessible daily yoga classes and massage therapy.

We believe yoga should be for all, regardless of age or physical ability. Our current schedule includes vinyasa, alignment-focused, restorative, therapeutic, prenatal, and kids yoga. Join us for class soon! 

New Student Special

10 classes for $100. Enjoy access to all our classes (excluding Prenatal Yoga). Classes expire 95 days after purchase. Mats, towels, and props are complimentary. Classes marked with a “B” on our schedule are good for beginners.

Massage Therapy

Diane Counts, of Zen That Countsoffers massage therapy at Prairie Sunshine by appointment. Like yoga, massage therapy is another great way to relieve stress and improve overall wellness.

Prenatal Yoga

Every Sunday at 11:30. Ideal for both experienced and beginner yogis. Improve flexibility, strength, and breath awareness in a safe and peaceful setting. No pre-registration is required/drop-ins welcome.

Kids Yoga

Every Sunday at 10am. Children will learn yoga poses and breathing techniques through fun activities and stories that will help them to relax and concentrate. No pre-registration is required/drop-ins welcome.
