This class focuses on the linking breath to movement, as well as mindfulness and meditation. It is appropriate for all levels and will introduce poses that are challenging, while moving at a slower, meditative pace. Patricia takes an open and playful approach to her teaching, while focusing on alignment and finding comfort and ease within poses.
