Yoga for Every Body

Yoga for Every Body is a more therapeutic approach to yoga. Using a gentle and restorative sequence and props such as bolsters and chairs, this class is accessible for everyone.  It is designed to improve flexibility, reduce anxiety, and help create a mind-body connection that can help with relaxation and healing.

If you are recovering from injury or living with chronic illness, please speak with your healthcare provider to determine if yoga is safe for your condition. Please note, our entrance is wheel-chair accessible. Just send us an email prior to class.
