Chair Yoga Drop-in


Chair Yoga, Mondays and Wednesdays @noon ($10)
This chair based class makes yoga more accessible. The class will include simple movements, breath awareness, meditation, and relaxation. Chair yoga can:

  • Improve flexibility and mobility
  • Reduce joint and muscle strain
  • Make yoga poses more accessible
  • Improved proprioception, particularly beneficial for elderly students and those with conditions such as MS and¬†fibromyalgia.
