Heart Mudra

In honor of Valentine’s Day, you can focus your five minute meditation on the heart mudra, which can have a positive influence on your emotions.  It is said that the heart mudra helps prana (life-force) flow directly to the center of your chest, home to the anahata or “heart chakra.”  In the yoga tradition, the heart chakra is source of love and compassion.  It is where love is stored and released.
