Finding inexpensive, good quality, natural skin moisturizers can be a struggle, but are so necessary in this weather.  That’s why we’ve decided to compile a list of some of our favorites that are both budget and skin friendly.

Coconut Oil

Coconut Oil

When you live in Chiberia, dry skin becomes an accessory to your snow boots, that is, until you discover coconut oil.  Use it on your face, body, feet, hands.  It’s a multi-purpose, skin-care holy grail!  Make sure to purchase a jar that’s extra virgin, unrefined, and organic.

Acure Day Cream

Acure

Acure uses fair trade, natural, and organic ingredients.  For instance, this day cream contains CHLORELLA GROWTH FACTOR (CGF), a green algae that increases collagen expression and Gotu Kola Stem Cells, shown to firm and help skin fight environmental damage and free radicals.  Best of all, this cream is Paraben free, Vegan, Gluten free, Synthetic fragrance free, Silicone free, Phthalate free.  This is a brand worth exploring.

Rosehip Oil

Rosehip oil is highly effective for scars and stretch marks and other skin concerns including dry skin and anti-aging.  Our favorite oil is produced by Trilogy, but there are so many others on the market.
